#33 Cooking with colours

Prince was born in Congo and quickly moved to London with his family. After an ankle injury during his studies in Sport sciences, he learned to enjoy cooking, which became his passion. He's worked as a cook in a charity for 5 years and is hoping to become a cook in a French speaking country. He published a cook book called Cooking with Colours, available here:
