Matthew grew up in Indiana and currently lives in Colorado Springs. He founded the Local Agriculture Expansion Foundation (LAEF) to help farmers grow their business after being inspired by the numerous farmer's markets in France. He wants to promote local food and reconnect our roots with food. We also discuss the cost and benefits of cleaner energy as an optimist future for our future generation.

Roger grew up in Hawaii and came to the mainland to study engineering. He completed an MBA in Taiwan where he was pleased with the collaboration between peers in school. His ambitions grew and he got accepted to med school, only to find out it wasn't what he expected. Tensions and discrimination led him to quit. Roger shoveled his way out by starting a snow removal business. Being in control of his own clients and workers gave him a sense of stability and justice.

Daren lives in Lincoln, Nebraska and has spent most of his career in the cold. He traveled from Alaska to Antarctica to follow his passion as a scientist. In this episode, he describes the living situations in the South Pole, and the physical and psychological challenges resulting from being far away from civilization. He was first attracted to the remoteness of the area only to enjoy the art of conversation with the small group of people he cohabited with.

Mohamed garde des enfants issus d'une famille française alors que Marwa s'occupe des enfants québécois. Dans cet episode, nous discutons du role du baby-sitter dans l'education des enfants, et où s'arrêtent les responsabilités d'education. Quelles sont les differences entre l'education française et québécoise? Comment est-ce que les baby-sitters pourraient mitiger la communication entre parents-enfants? Les baby-sitters ont un role second, mais néanmoins pas négligeant dans le développement de la confiance en soi car il/elle incarne un autre model pour les enfants que celui des parents ou profs.

Chieko has been working as a paralegal in Los Angeles, California after completing a BA in international affairs and working at Americorps. Her specialty is immigration law and she will start law school at UCLA next year. She reveals challenges for both immigrants and lawyers in the application process. Somehow, helping people in need gave her a great sense of purpose as she witnessed her own mother's challenges with her green card.

Depuis mars 2020, les français ont du s'adapter à un nouveau mode de vie: confinement, couvre-feu, gestes barrières etc cependant, il reste une partie de la population qui ne croit pas en l'existence de cette pandémie.
